Dow Corning® RTV 737Sealant Silicone Clear Xiameter (Dow Corning) 736 Heat Resistant Sealant is a one-part, non-slumping paste that cures to a rubbery solid at room temperature on exposure to water vapor in the air. This silicone product is formulated to perform at temperatures ranging from -65 to 260C (-85 to 500F) for continuous operation and to 315C (600F) for intermittent exposure. Dow Corning® Xiameter® RTV737 Series neutral cure sealant is clear in color and withstands a temperature rating of -65 to 177 degrees C.
RTV737 Sealant is a fast cure, non-slumping, one-component paste that offers the user excellent adhesion to many metals, plastics, glass, rubbers, and painted surfaces.
RTV 737 does not react with or corrode most metal and, when cured, stays flexible from -65 to 177°C. When stored at or below 32°C the shelf life of this product is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
