Maintain the integrity and appearance of your aircraft with the Aropen 2-Component Paint Touch-Up Pen. This innovative, disposable solution provides the strength and durability of a professional two-component (2K) paint system in a convenient, mess-free pen format. Engineered specifically for the aerospace industry, the Aropen is the ideal tool for quick, precise, and effective touch-ups on chips, scratches, and other minor surface imperfections. Its unique design stores the paint and catalyst in separate chambers, ensuring a long shelf life until the moment of activation. Once mixed, the pen delivers a consistent, high-quality application to protect against corrosion and restore your aircraft's aesthetic.
Key Features for Aviation:
- 2-Component Durability: Provides the same cross-linked strength and chemical resistance as professional spray-applied coatings.
- Precision Control: The pen format allows for accurate application, eliminating the need for brushes, cups, or masking for small areas.
- Corrosion Control: Ideal for immediate rework and maintenance on bare metal surfaces to prevent rust and degradation.
- Time and Cost Savings: A convenient and inexpensive alternative to mixing large batches of paint, reducing material waste and labor time.
- Versatile Application: Suitable for a variety of surfaces on aircraft exteriors and interior cabins.
Typical Aviation Applications:
- Touch-up of chips and scratches on fuselage, wings, and tail sections.
- Rework on rivet heads, bolt heads, and access panels.
- Corrosion control on small, exposed metal areas.
