The ultimate solution for aircraft corrosion prevention and control. CorrosionX® Aviation is the only consumer-available product to meet the U.S. Navy’s tough MIL-PRF-81309H performance requirement. Using revolutionary Polar Bonding Technology, it stops existing rust instantly and provides long-lasting protection.
Key Features & Benefits:
- Kills Existing Corrosion: Chemically stops rust and corrosion in its tracks.
- Prevents Future Rust: Creates a self-curing, fluid thin film coating (FTFC) for extended protection.
- Superior Lubricant & Penetrant: Outperforms standard oils and frees seized or corroded parts.
- Displaces Moisture: Polar Bonding technology drives out water and humidity.
- Safe on Electrics: High dielectric strength (typically over 39,000 volts) makes it safe for avionics, circuit boards, switches, and wiring.
- Military & OEM Approved: Meets or exceeds MIL-PRF-81309H (Type II & IV) and is approved by major airframe manufacturers (Boeing, Cessna, Pratt & Whitney).
- Zero VOC: Environmentally conscious formula (as of 2017).
Aviation Applications: Apply to airframe interiors, battery terminals, hinges, cables, control linkages, wheel hubs, micro switches, cannon plugs, and buss bars.
