HB Fuller Fiber Resin EY3211 - Epoxy Adhesive
HB Fuller Fiber Resin EY3211 is a two-component epoxy adhesive system specifically formulated for demanding aerospace applications. This high-performance adhesive offers exceptional strength, durability, and resistance to environmental factors.
EY-3211 A/B is a two-component epoxy novolac system. This system does not contain any solvents or diluents; therefore, shrinkage due to flashing off of these solvents is not a consideration. EY-3211 A/B demonstrates good chemical, electrical and physical properties.

Mix Ratio
Mix 2 parts by weight of EY-3211B with 100 parts by weight of EY- 3211A RESIN.
The work life of EY-3211 A/B at 25°C is >4 hours. The gel time for 102 grams is 20-25 minutes @ 125°C
Cure Cycle
The typical cure for motor winding is to impregnate the winding and pull a vacuum at 26Hg minimum to allow excess material to drain. Cure in a circulating air oven for 1 hour @ 150°C.
