The Honeywell North® 75FFP100 Flexible Low-Profile P100 Filter (Part Number 75FFP100) is an ultra-slim, high-efficiency particulate filter engineered for maximum respiratory protection, superior peripheral visibility, and ergonomic clearance during aerospace manufacturing, composite trimming, and hazardous defense MRO operations. Featuring an ultra-thin, flexible disc design, the 75FFP100 sits exceptionally close to the facepiece, allowing it to fit effortlessly beneath welding helmets, grinding shields, and sandblasting hoods without interference. Built with Honeywell North’s proprietary N-Series threaded connection, this filter provides a minimum of 99.97% filtration efficiency against all solid and liquid airborne particulate hazards, including oil-based aerosols, metal fumes, hexavalent chromium, lead dust, and radioactive isotopes.

Key Features & Performance Benefits
- 99.97% HEPA-Grade Capture: Stops ultra-fine toxic dusts, metal fumes, crystalline silica, and bio-aerosols with minimal breathing resistance.
- Ultra-Slim Disc Profile: Reduces leverage on the neck and prevents snagging against airframe bulkheads, stringers, or tight equipment racks.
- Flexible Encapsulation: Absorbs mechanical impacts and bends without cracking the internal filtration matrix or dislodging the seal.
- Airtight Threaded N-Series Connection: Screws directly into North facepieces, eliminating accidental disengagement caused by vibration or rough handling.
Typical Applications
- Airframe Structural Welding & Brazing: Fits beneath tight welding shields to filter out toxic hexavalent chromium and metal fumes during aluminum and titanium assembly.
- Aerospace Sanding & Composite Grinding: Shields personnel from carbon fiber, fiberglass, and resin particulates generated during structural repairs and panel trimming.
- Chromated Primer & Paint Abatement: Essential protection when scraping, sanding, or prepping surfaces coated with zinc chromate or polyurethane finishes.
- Facility MRO & Toxic Remediation: Used for hazardous facility maintenance, lead pipe overhaul, and flight-line toxic particulate management.
