RADCOLUBE Fog Oil is a specially refined, high-purity petroleum hydrocarbon fluid manufactured in strict accordance with military specification MIL-PRF-12070E. Engineered specifically for use in military fog/smoke generators, visual concealment systems, and defense screening operations, Radcolube Fog Oil is optimized for rapid thermal vaporization and condensation without thermal cracking or hazardous byproduct formation. When injected into the exhaust stream or hot combustion manifold of mobile fog generator units, it produces an extremely dense, persistent, non-toxic white visual screening cloud designed to obscure military troop movements, high-value assets, and tactical facilities from visual observation and infrared targeting.

Approved Specifications & Military Conformance:
Radcolube Fog Oil holds official Quality Products List (QPL) status under defense and tactical concealment standards:
- MIL-PRF-12070E QPL Certified: Fully qualified under US Military specifications for high-purity screening fog oils.
- NATO F-18 Specification: Standardized across NATO allied defense forces for thermal smoke generating systems.
- Low Toxicity & Environmental Safety: Severely hydrotreated to remove aromatic compounds, heavy metals, and toxic impurities, meeting health and safety standards for field personnel exposure.
Key Features & Performance Benefits
- High-Density Obscuration Cloud: Rapidly vaporizes into uniform aerosol droplets, producing a dense, long-hanging screening cloud for maximum visual concealment.
- Clean Vaporization & Reduced Nozzle Clogging: Refined narrow-cut hydrocarbon distribution minimizes carbon deposits, sludge, and nozzle fouling inside smoke generator heat exchangers.
- Low Toxicity & Operator Safety: Formulated free of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) and heavy aromatics to ensure safer tactical deployment during training and field maneuvers.
- Controlled Thermal Stability: Resists flash combustion and thermal cracking inside high-temperature exhaust manifolds.
Typical Applications
- Tactical Visual Obscuration & Screening: Used in vehicle-mounted and stationary military fog generators (e.g., M56 Coyote, M58 Wolf) to generate visual screening cover.
- Training & Tactical Simulation: Deployed in military field maneuvers, airframe concealment drills, and defense training operations.
- Industrial Leak Testing & Airflow Visualization: Utilized in specialized industrial HVAC, wind tunnel, and air duct testing systems requiring heavy non-corrosive smoke generation.
