Vantage B&B 9095 is a ready-to-use, viscous hydrogen peroxide-activated paint remover engineered by Vantage Specialties for the safe, deep stripping of aircraft exterior coatings. Formulated explicitly to adhere to the material metrics outlined in U.S. Air Force Technical Order TO 1-1-8, this neutral pH compound effectively tackles multi-layered coating stacks, including stubborn epoxy primers and polyurethane topcoats. B&B 9095 features a highly thickened chemical matrix that allows it to cling securely to vertical and inverted surfaces without sagging or prematurely drying out. Designed with a strong environmental profile, it is completely free of methylene chloride, NMP, phenols, chromates, and acids, offering MRO facilities an exceptionally low odor and low environmental impact profile.

Key Features & Aviation Benefits
- Peroxide-Activated Matrix: Leverages a safe hydrogen peroxide mechanism to efficiently lift resistant, multi-layered catalyzed paint systems without structural substrate degradation.
- Thixotropic Adhesion Profile: Formulated with structural thickeners that actively cling to vertical and underside/inverted structural contours to maximize chemical reaction efficiency.
- Total Base Metal Protection: Engineered to remain 100% safe for direct application onto sensitive composite matrices and high-strength metallic aircraft alloys.
- Advanced EHS Safety Formulation: Crafted completely without methylene chloride (MeCl), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (nMP), hazardous phenols, strong acids, or chromates.
- Non-Separating Chemistry: Ready-to-use formulation arriving perfectly homogenized, requiring zero manual pre-mixing or mechanical agitation cycles in the hangar.
Typical Applications
- Airframe Exterior Strip Down: Ideal for complete exterior depainting sweeps across fuselage skin plates, main gear fairings, and structural wing surfaces.
- Resistant Aerospace Coating Removal: Specifically selected to lift epoxy primers, dense polyurethane coats, specialized belly tape systems, rain erosion finishes, and heavy non-skid deck coatings.
- Depot Level Airframe Overhauls: Extensively deployed throughout defense depot operations, military hangars, and global MRO aerospace paint centers where absolute compliance with OEM and tech orders is mandatory.
